Thorong  peak climbing in Nepal Trekking peak climbing is one of the most popular and successful Adventure program for among the Adventure lovers of the world. It is true that the previous experience is not necessary to climb the trekking peak. However, you must be prepared mentally as well as physically for these Adventurous expeditions. This mountain is the shortest possibility to gain a 6000m peak

while doing the famous trekking around Annapurna. The highest point this trekking is Throng la pass 5416m. From this pass it is the first mountain to the south, this trekking route is mostly deliberate for them who adore enjoying the flora and fauna of panoramic views of Annapurna Himalayan range. Day 1

 Arrival Kathmandu (1275m)

Upon Arrival in Kathmandu Airport you will be expected to complete your custom formalities (Visa etc.) We suggest you to look for our representative who will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with the Everest View Treks And Expedition display board you will then be transferred to hotel manaslu or another hotel similar category Include B/B.

Day 2

Drive from Kathmandu to dharapani (1800 m) 6-7 hrs by private transport o/n tea house.

 

Drive From Kathmandu for about 7 -9 hour by bus toward Beshisahar -830 meter a beautiful town in the mid hills of Nepal and is the gate way to Annapurna circuit Trekking drive further to Dharapani by local Jeep and stay Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 3

Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2670 m)5-6 hrs walk o/n at teahouse.

 

You are heading towards Chame, the headquarter of Manang. The district beyond the Himalayas, as it is famously known as in Nepal. You will, undoubtedly, enjoy your stay on the mountain. The town in the lap of Annapurna 11, 7937m/ the walk today is about five hours and offers you some breathtaking views. Check in to the guest house in Chame. Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 4

Trek from Chame to Upper pisang (3400 m) 5-6 hrs walk o/n at tea house.

 

A steep and narrow path through a very dense forest will bring us to the dramatic curved rock face, rising 1500m from the river. This is probably the steepest part of the Marshyangdi Valley, so steep that the trail is carved into the vertical rock. After passing this last bit of rock, the valley opens up with majestic vistas. And right where the valley widens stands the Paungda Dada, a massive sloping rock face that rises over 5,000 ft (1500 m) above the trail. We trek for a while before reaching upper Pisang where we spend the night. Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 5

 Trek from Upper pisang to Manang village (3540 m) 6-7 hrs walks o/n at teahouse.

 

An about five hours Trek Today takes you to the mountain villages of Manang where you can see the prevalent Tibetan Buddhist culture. The walk itself offers magnificent view of the mountain peaks in Famous Annapurna range. Serene Mountain atmosphere is an additional bonus for your walk  Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 6

Acclimatization day and exploring village and Lake o/n at same tea house.

 

Take a Day break-in Manang to acclimatize to the altitude. Explore the local area of Ganggapurna Glacier and Ganggapurna Lake. Be Comfortable adjusting in the high altitude Climate. Stay in Manang  Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 7

Trek from Manang to Yak kharka or ledar (4020 m) 4-5 hrs walk o/n at teahouse.

 

Head towards yak Kharka today’s Destination after having breakfast. Yak Kharka literally means the yak pasture land. You come across those mountain giants –yak-along the trail enjoy the mountain view and Beautiful atmosphere on you 5-6 hour walk today. Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 8

Trek from Yak kharka or Ledder to Thorong phedi (4450 m) 5-6 hrs walk o/n at tea house.

 

After having breakfast in the morning start your walk of the day to thorugh Phedi- the base of the Thorong- La passes. A 5 hours slow paced walk takes you to the place where you are staying overnight today. Enjoy in the cool mountain Environment  Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 9

Trek from Thorong phedi to thorong peak base camp (5416 m) 5-6 hrs walk o/n a tent camp.

 

Today is a Long day long day of walk and the highlight of this trip. Wake up very early in the morning to start your Adventure towards the highest pass- through pass. A slow paced uphill walk takes you about 4-5 hour to reach the pass. When you are at the top, you Feel Like you have conquered everything and the view from there makes you forget all the effort and difficulties you went through to make it there. You have conquered the highlight of this trip. Overnight at Tent camp Include meal B/L/D.

Day 10

Preparation day for climbing Stay overnight at tent camp.

Day 11

Summit to thorong peak (6245 m) and descend to Muktinath (3760 m) 8-9 hrs walk o/n at tea house.

today Start early morning 3 o'clock summit thorong peak after summit you walk starts descending towards Muktinath for about 6 to 7  hour once in Muktinath  Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 12

 Extra day for climbing due to bad weather or AMS, stay overnight tent camp.

 

This day extra day in case some time bad weather you need extra day more chance to summit next day Overnight tent camp Include meal B/L/D.

Day 13

 Muktinath to jomsom (2700 m) 5-6 hrs walk.

 

Our last day of the day would be long one. After breakfast we descend to down to kagbeni finishing the thorong peak climbing and  trail and we join the normal Annapurna circuit Trek. And we checkout from kagbeni after kagbeni we walk another 4 hrs to jomsom end our trek. Overnight good hotel and celebration last night with our staff. Overnight at Guest house Include meal B/L/D.

Day 14

Fly back to pokhara.

After morning breakfast we check in the airport to fly back to pokhara a 20 minute dramatiric flight to pokhara between gorge of the two huge mountains Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. On Arrival at pokhara Airport guide will transfer lakeside hotel Rest of the time explore the lake or relax in hotel. Overnight pokhara.i include B/B.

Day 15

 Drive back to Kathmandu.

 

After breakfast we start our 200 km drive back to Kathmandu better to hole on the left pane of the vehicle to enjoy the scenery through the route. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner at Nepali typical restaurant/ bar and back to hotel. include B/B/ and farewell dinner.

Day 16

Fly home farewell friend.

You are saying good bye to the mountains as your journey in Nepal. Comes to an end today we hope you enjoyed the tour with us, and are sure you will be back in your trip somewhere in the Himalayan again. Approximately 3 hour before your scheduled flight a representative from Everest View Treks will transfer you to the airport on your way home you ll have plenty of time to plan your next Adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.
